Have a sweet Valentine's day with these great party printables. We made these deliciously sinful chocolate muffins with the recipe from Hummingbird Bakery cookbook, I absolutely love the recipes in this book and they can be easily substituted one for one with gluten free all purpose flour if you are Celiac or have an intolerance like me! My personal favourite all purpose flour is Cloud 9 , not only does it have a lovely flavour but it is very fine so it is great for baking. For the icing we used a classic vanilla icing with some red food colouring to make a lovely pink colour. Although, the recipe is for muffins they taste like moist chocolate cake and are a great choice for such a chocoholic holiday.
